Oxfordshire Mind are pleased to offer a range of wellbeing courses, including

If you are interested in any of our courses please first call the Information Line on 01865 247 788 to arrange an Options Session (available over the phone). If you have already had an Options Session the team will be able to take your details to book you onto our courses.

The Oxford Safe Haven have a lovely garden, which is open for groups of 4 people (Friday – Monday 6pm to 10pm). If you think you could benefit from being in this outdoor space and would like to try some activities to help you refocus please call us during our opening hours to book a place on 01865 903037. These sessions will be weather dependent. We can also offer one to one support via telephone or face to face, in a Covid safe way.
