Thank you to everybody who has so generously supported the local Foodbank with food and monetary donations – your generosity has been amazing. The collection boxes in the shops have needed to be emptied more than usual since December and we now have a store room with boxes filled up again. Because of gifts of Christmas goodies we were able to give a special “Christmas parcel” to everyone coming in for a regular food parcel. Also, we must thank all the volunteers who have worked so hard to keep up with increased demand and changes to our way of working due to COVID.
